"I’ve not thought of myself as someone who suffers from anxiety as I’m not openly emotional, however after suffering from random stomach problems with no medical reason, I realised that they were related to anxiety. After reading Laura’s advert, I decided to see if it could help.

"I have always been intrigued by the idea of Hypnosis, and started to see Laura during the lockdown of 2020, with all our sessions taking place via video link. I have suffered, mildly, with anxiety for as long as I can remember and 2020 has not helped matters!

Laura has provided me with the tools and understanding of dealing with this anxiety, and her sessions have allowed me to feel much calmer in previously stressful situations.
